You may have noticed that our website has changed. We have chosen to no longer process payments through the webshop, but directly via the See You retail locations.
Memorial jewellery deserves personal attention, which we can only provide in physical stores. We value the ultimate experience, peace of mind and transparency. Throughout the Netherlands and Belgium you will find See You retailers where you can view, try on, and if desired, purchase the jewellery.

Through our website you can fully customise the jewellery to your wishes. Print the “wish form” and take it to the See You retailer of your choice. They will take care of the rest of the ordering process and ensure 100% satisfaction with the final result. We recommend always having your ring size measured at the corresponding See You retailer.

How should I submit my fingerprints?

You may bring the fingerprints you would like laser-engraved into the jewellery to the dealer of your choice (either physically or on your phone). We usually do not need the original. We kindly request a photo that is as clear as possible—preferably taken with your smartphone. The See You dealer may email this photo to us along with your order. If we have any questions or would like to discuss anything, we will contact you.

If there are parts of the fingerprint that you specifically do or do not want included in the jewellery, please let us know so we can take it into account. If no preference is given, we will use our best judgment to select the most characteristic part of the print.

Instructions: how to create a fingerprint:

Take the clearest possible photo of the fingerprint with your smartphone. The image must not be blurry and should be taken in good lighting.

With the finished jewellery you will always receive a warranty certificate, which includes a Unique Reference Code for your laser engraving. If you request the engraving again at a later date, we can retrieve your exact order using this code.
